Hi, There.....

I am alive and well, although shooting myself in the head did seem a bit tempting on Monday....... I have a newfound sense of respect for those poor people who have to answer the phones at PG&E whenever the power goes out in my little coastal town!!!! At any rate, all is well now. When our website host was sold and we had to go through a transition with the new company, some of the settings were not transferred correctly. The problems have been fixed, and you will be happy to know that all of your information was and is secure. NOBODY else has your e-mail address as a result of this snafu. AND....Diane looks hot in her spectacular new dress!!!!!!

If you have no idea what all of that was about.....man, are you lucky!!!!!!

Now....on to the really important things..........

I am always in love with anything Krista Larson......her black and white spring collection is so fabulously beautiful that it is all I can do to resist taking it all home!!!

I have made a lot of different outfits for this newsletter to prevent myself from doing just that. We have lots and lots of great shirts..... and lots and LOTS of my favorite-ever fabric: the Italian polyester/metal in a subtle gray/black stripe......and lots of polka dots in different sizes, including gigantic....and.....and....let's get on with it.....

The Smashed Cami in the Italian poly/metal stripe that we have here has all different, really pretty buttons down the front....it is over a Double Layer Net Tee, a Cyclone Cami in striped grey/black silk taffeta, and black taffeta Spring Pants. Each piece is wonderful on its own...but together, it's a WOW!!! The rose and bird necklace is a new piece from the Tara Gasparian collection of sterling silver necklaces.

Want to go dotty??? We start here with a black/white Double Layer Net Tee, and then we go crazy for dots - the happiest of all prints ("happy faces" do NOT count!!!). The rest of this outfit is all cotton......the gigantic dotted Cyclone Cami (we love this length! It is shorter than the Short Wavey Slip and longer than most camis, so it is that one more layer for those of us who love lots, or it is that simple piece to wear over a tee and pants)....the white flocked dot Short Wavey Slip....and all of the rest at the bottom is the new Cupcake Skirt......ruffles in all different polka dots......

I guess we went a little crazy for the Cyclone Cami because here it is again....this time in the crewel embroidered cotton. The Double Layer Net Tee is our base, and this time the layering pieces are all cotton again....the cotton organdy Short Extreme Spring Slip and the Coquette Skirt in cotton broadcloth. These layers really show each other off well as they all have such different details at the bottom! For accessories, we have chosen a couple of charms from what is our vast and growing collection......

There WILL be an outfit that does NOT have a Double Layer Net Tee here somewhere. But, you must admit that it works well with everything.....

Like.... the Long Croissant Vest in my favorite Italian fabric and the silk taffeta Wavey Pants. To keep the long and lean look, we have a twisted rope necklace from Sarah Cavender....See....I can do clean and simple....

And like.....the linen/cotton/metal Smashed Cami, which is worn here as a vest over the crewel embroidered cotton Sweet Pea Cami and the light cotton damask Origami Pants. The larger size of the Tara Gasparian rose and bird necklace is a dramatic accessory......

Here it is.....with no net tee.....! The aptly named Glorious Shirt certainly is in white cotton organdy!!!!!! It doesn't need much to show it off....just a pair of Pixie Bleu Vintage linen pants and a cotton Venetian Cami. Our rhinestone peace sign charm is worn on a simple black grosgrain ribbon.....

Now, we do have lots and lots of amazing shirts both in cotton and silks, some sheer and some not. You just have to come in to see those for yourself....

I know that I keep mentioning that our Catherine Bacon flower skirts can be pulled up and worn as dresses, and I have tried to hang one so that you can see the possibilities. I have shown it here with the bottom layers of Krista's Roxy Slip showing from the bottom and a sheer cotton organdy Frosting Jacket over the top. I am trying to show you yet another great Krista piece, but the outfit is really cuter with a short sweater or shrug (I just don't happen to have either of those right now!)The Diana Frey pearl necklace continues the romance........

YES!!!! We do have other things too.....

Our new ItemZ shirts come in the yummiest of exotic spice colors. The linen and nylon fabric has a gorgeous texture and sheen....the styles are sophisticated yet easy. We have accented them with Giselle Shepatin's silk and velvet flower-trimmed scarves.

The newest style in our MycraPac rainwear collection is (AGAIN???) the really gigantic polka dot hooded coat in a chic black/ivory combination. Of course, it is reversible, and the bag into which we pack it is pretty slick too.......

Not for the faint of heart or the less than perfect of body....we have Denim Skin leggings. These leggings are taken from fashion jean designs and have fabulous detail work both in prints and in waist details (such as the small stone belt buckle). We are showing them here with some of our Elisabethan tees and also layered up with some Krista Larson pieces (and the Tara Gasparian orchid necklace). These leggings are fabulous with boots and long tops or sweaters.....wherever the imagination can take you.....

.....and, of course, other things have come in while I have been working on this.....

A new collection of spring necklaces from Teresa Goodall....

New, one-of-a-kind- charms from Sally Jean.....small watch case charms...or "guilty" ones complete with mug shots and "sins"....

Our first fragrance.....for the men's department.... and it is a nice one.

Lots and lots of new paper things.....file folders, notebooks, sticky notes........Remember the Dolly Mamas???? Well, they are back, this time as shopping lists and sticky notes and note pads for your purse. They are colorful and irreverent.....Put on you big girl panties and deal with it"...."I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it!"....."If you want breakfast in bed, sleep in the kitchen!".... You will love giving them to your girlfriends!

...and while I am writing this, Siga has just unpacked some drop-dead silk scarves that are made right here in California . Would you believe...DOTS...in SPECTACULAR colors!!!!!!!

Does any of this explain why we are happy and excited most of the time (all of the time except for Monday!)????????

We hope that you are all well and happy and doing something fun. We are. We are also hoping to see or hear from you sometime soon.

We need to make room for more stuff!!!!! Help!!!!

Love you bunches........
