Hope you had a glorious Fourth!!! We surely did enjoy having a long weekend off, and now we are right back in the swim of things.....having all the best of summer and the rush of arriving fall!!!
Blanque fans will be happy to hear that we have something new!!! We have a fabulous new pant style in the matte crepe (black, of course) that many of you have been waiting for.....the Victor Pant is long and slim. We have it in all sizes from 0 to 3. We also have a new shipment of the Marbella and Bell pants. To go with them in the matte crepe, we love the hook-and-eye shirt for the smaller figure (not always easy to find from Blanque!) and the Kimora shirt for everybody. For those of you who love the softness and drape of the Blanque tee shirts, we have stripes!!!.....black/gray, black/chestnut/ and black/teal. We have a very limited number of these, so come or call early!!!
We have new vests from Marsha!!! The most we have ever had at once because she has gone away on vacation......Each vest is one-of-a-kind and sort of a mediumish size. The sizes all depend on how much each sweater piece shrinks when it is washed and dried, so we are never really able to get larger sizes. We are showing you both the back and the front of each piece so that you can see just how much attention and detail goes into each one of these whimsical creations!!!
Our Giselle Shepatin fall collection is now complete with the arrival of her simple and beautiful silk charmeuse top with the reverse detail. We couldn't decide which color we liked better, so we have both the gold and the orangutan (Hey! Ray Harris calls his dark gray donkey, so why not?) Later in the season, we will be getting an Origami Pant from Krista Larson in a portabella shade that will look great with these tops. AND, last week we brought you the Calla Lily Jacket with the velvet accents.....now we are showing you the black cropped wool jacket with the silk chiffon roses. Tres beautiful???
In our Wednesday Krista Larson newsletter (letterette?) we showed a collection of mixed-up pieces from various collections, and because I love them so much, we are bringing them to you in the "big" newsletter too. We love how Krista's pieces mix from season to season, fabric to fabric.....and how well they mix with other designer's collections as well! We have several colors to choose from.....white, sand, stone, smoke, bark, sky, lilac, and black!!!!!
A few of you have already been asking about winter coats, and we have just gotten in our first few from a new designer from Chicago.....believe me, these are WARM coats....and drop-dead beautiful ones!!!!!!!!!! Our web designer and I both think it is a tad bit early to show these in this newsletter, but you are welcome to come visit them beforehand!

New pins and necklaces from Stickball..
New boas from Joan Sills.....including some new color combinations (these look spectacular on the Ray Harris dresses....and other stuff.....).
New scarves from Petrushka.....we especially love the chiffon with the beaded flowers and trailing ribbons. Her hand-dyed colors are smoky and earthy and beautiful.....
New beaded velvet and new "sampler" hand-woven scarves from Giselle Shepatin.
Our most fun now, besides seeing you, is constantly changing everything around as things come and go.....
